CEO of OeAD student housing, Günther Jedliczka, together with architect Betina Hanel from Hanel & Marksteiner Corporate Design will present its latest cutting-edge guesthouse by IIG - Innsbrucker Immobiliengesellschaft – currently under construction – at the International Passive House Conference 2024, taking place in the City of Innsbruck this weekend.
“Highly energy-efficient projects from Austria” is the title of the talk of CEO Günther Jedliczka and the architect about the new passive house plus building and our sustainable business on Fri, April 5th, 1pm. See the full program here.
The 27th International Passive House Conference 2024 is taking place at the University of Innsbruck, which is also an official partner and supporter of the renowned Summer Universities Green.Building.Solutions. and Alternative Economic and Monetary Systems.
While having our booth nr. 1 opposite the entrance, we would be more than happy to see you there to share with you some insights about our exciting newly built guesthouse but also about our summer programs 2024 taking place in Vienna.
If you are in Innsbruck for the conference, you definitely should join the local passathon – a guided bike tour showing pioneering energy efficient buildings – on Sunday, April 7th! This gives you the chance to take a glimpse onto the new OeAD-guesthouse, which will be completed in 2025 and host 177 students.
