We have a special treat for both of you!
If a friend of a former AEMS-participant joins AEMS 2025 on the basis of the regular participation fee, the graduate gets to spend 1 week in a fully furnished OeAD-Guesthouse in Vienna in July or August 2025- for free!*
How does it work?
When applying for AEMS, you need to enter the name of the graduate in the application form - (in the field "where have you heard about us from"). After you have been sucessfully enrolled in the program, the graduate will get notified by us on their stay.
If the graduate chooses to visit during AEMS 2025, they can also share the time in Vienna with you and make some new memories in one of the most liveable cities in the world. The graduate is also welcome to visit our public events :)

*Terms and conditions:
If a friend of a former AEMS-participant takes part in the AEMS Summer University in 2025 on the basis of the regular participation fee, the AEMS graduate is entitled to a stay in an OeAD-Guesthouse in Vienna for 1 week during July-August 2025. The name of the graduate must be included in the application form when their friend applies. All costs related to travel to and from Vienna and costs for Visa are NOT included. The right to take legal action is excluded. Cash compensation is not possible. The offer is subject to room availability. It cannot be passed on to others. We cannot guarantee that both people will be staying in the same guesthouse. If the applicant is not participating in the AEMS Summer University, the offer for the AEMS-graduate to stay in our guesthouse will also be withdrawn.
