Participation fee
The regular tuition fee to join AEMS is EUR 1,390
This fee covers all program components and lecture-related activities, including catered evening events, one dinner at a traditional Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant and sports evenings. Find more details on what's included in the fee here.
Early Bird Discount
Apply by 9 March 2025 and save EUR 200 on the regular participation fee!
Accommodation
Accommodation in a student residence in Vienna is available for an additional EUR 300
This fee covers your stay for the full 3 weeks of the program, plus 1 optional extra week after AEMS 2025 at no extra cost. Accommodation is arranged by us, OeAD student housing - simply indicate your interest when filling out the application form.
Company Fee
The summer university is a fantastic opportunity for employee development! If an employee is attending through their affiliated company, the participation fee is EUR 2,390 (including accommodation in a student residence; excluding VAT).
Special Offer for Graduates & Their Friends
Do you know someone who’s already participated in AEMS? If you join the program in 2025 based on a graduate’s recommendation, your friend will receive 1 week of free accommodation in a fully furnished OeAD-Guesthouse in Vienna during July or August 2025! Find out more!
