Due to the high number of applications for the winter semester 2024/2025, the application for an accommodation in Vienna is unfortunately no longer possible. Please note that the application is open from December 2024 again.

EFFI STUDIOS
If you book a room at EFFI Studios, you will receive a one-time discount of 10% on the first accommodation fee.
Requirement: Book the room online and send an email with the discount code "OEADEFFI2024" and your studio number and your first and last name to [email protected].

If you book a room at Donauhomes, you will receive a one-time discount of 10% on the first accommodation fee.

LUMIS Living
Book your studio apartment with LUMIS Living and get a special discount on the accommodation fee.
If you book the apartment for 12 months, you will be charged a monthly rate of EUR 760.00 instead of EUR 789.00

MILESTONE
