Due to the high number of applications for the summer semester 2025, the application for an accommodation in Vienna is unfortunately no longer possible. Please note that the application is open from June 2025 again.
If you have already applied, we have sent you an e-mail that you are on our waiting list.
To help you find alternative accommodation, we would like to inform you about the following residences:
STUDENTENWOHNEN
Our non-profit partner Studentenwohnen still has accommodation available in Puchsbaumgasse.
You can apply for a single room in a living community (for 2 or 3 people).
Please enter the code OEAD in the field ‘other requests/roommates’ and indicate the type of accommodation you are interested in!
WIHAST
Our non-profit partner WIHAST offers single rooms in living communites in Wiener Neustadt:

LUMIS Living
Book your studio apartment with LUMIS Living and get a special discount on the accommodation fee.
If you book the apartment for 12 months, you will be charged a monthly rate of EUR 760.00 instead of EUR 789.00
