Welcome to the first OeAD-Guesthouse in Innsbruck!
Our GreenINN student residence opens in September 2025 and we are delighted to welcome you soon!
The residence was built as passive house in timber construction.
Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily walk to the Innsbruck train station.
For the first time, we are also offering Premium categories.
The room categories A Premium and D Premium offer you a wonderful view from the 5th and 6th floor respectively, a mini-balcony and a dishwasher. The rooms are equipped with additional furniture (wooden lounge chair and side table).
ATTENTION: For semester bookings you can only book until February 27, 2026 and from March 2, 2026 onwards.

Our service in all OeAD-Guesthouses
Overnight guests welcome!
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
