This residence has an age limit of 30 years.
It is very popular as it is located close to the city center and the SoWi University. You will experience legendary nights as you can party right in the city center. Don't worry about being late to university the next day as it is just a 5 minute walk away.
ATTENTION: You can only book this residence between October-June. For semester bookings you can only book until February 28, 2025 and from March 3, 2025 onwards. If you apply for the summer semester 2025, we can only put you on a waiting list.
